Organizations
Group your applications and the people who work on them.
Create an organization
- Open Organizations and choose New Organization.
- Enter a name and create it. You become its owner.
Roles
| Role | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including deleting the organization, viewing the activity log and creating API keys for it. |
| Admin | Manages applications, environments, variables, secure files and members. |
| Member | Works only in the applications and environments it is given, with read or write permission. |
Invite members
- Open the organization's Members and choose New Invitation.
- Enter the email address and send the invitation. It expires after 7 days.
- The person accepts it from Invitations after signing in.
Owners and admins can invite people, change roles between admin and member, and remove members. Use Manage Member Permissions to give a member read or write access to specific applications and environments.
Activity log
The owner can see the organization's activity log: individual changes to variables, and changes to secure files, applications, environments and members, with who made them, when, and from which IP address.
